The objectives of Colegio Internacional de Carabobo are:
To construct an intellectually stimulating school on a foundation of basic skills and to insure that security, innovation, motivation, and challenge are the benchmarks of every classroom.
To develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in students while cultivating an appreciation of learning (for the sake of knowledge) that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
To provide enrichment and remedial opportunities for students, so they can explore their own unique qualities and develop self-esteem; and to provide assistance for those who have social or academic needs.
To offer stimulating and educationally-sound extra-curricular programs that develop individual talents, creativity, leadership, interpersonal and social skills, teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship.
To provide students with opportunities to express themselves in music, art, writing, and drama so their talent in these disciplines can reach its full potential.
To maintain a relevant and contemporary curriculum which prepares students for universities, employment, family roles, and global citizenship.
To nurture interpersonal relationships between all members of the CIC community and to insure that communication among parents, students, faculty, and administration is honest and unimpeded.
To set and expect high standards for academic performance, integrity, and personal conduct.
To develop sound ethical research capabilities based on information literacy and to keep abreast of changes in technology.
To employ teachers and administrators whose character and demeanor are models for students to emulate and to maintain.
