At CIC we recognize that students have different learning styles. We want to give the same opportunities to all students. This is why we have the Transition Program. Students benefiting from this program are referred by teachers for remediation in reading, writing, language, and math. Transition assistance is of a pull-out design and is based upon the nature of the student’s needs.
The Transition Program provides multi-level services for students who have a variety of learning needs. The purpose of the program is to identify and support students who have learning difficulties.
We are called the Transition Program because we consider this is a transitional stage in our students’ school life. Our goal is to support them in transitioning from where they are to being more successful in school and life.
